For the filling: Cut the potatoes and fry.Grill the chicken breast. Cut the onion, garlic, pickles. Cut the cabbage and mix with a little water (about 3 lg) and salt to taste.

For mayonnaise:The yolk is mixed (in one direction) with the mustard, the lemon salt. Then add a few drops of oil and mix. Add more oil mixing in one direction until the amount of mayonnaise increases.

For glues:Mix the flour, salt and baking soda (it is not necessary to extinguish it). Add the oil, water, water or milk and knead until all the flour is incorporated. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes, covered with a plastic wrap.

Put a little of each on the stick, then add salt and pepper and roll.
