I've been following you for a while, and now I've had the courage to write to you. Here is my husband's favorite recipe.
- mushrooms - 6 pcs.
- an onion
- a pepper
- an egg
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Stuffed mushrooms:
The mushrooms are cleaned, the tails are cut and washed. Finely chop the onion and pepper and fry in a little oil. Then add the finely chopped tails. Season with salt and pepper to taste. At the end, put the beaten egg. We fill the mushroom hats with the above composition. Add the grated cheese on top. Leave it in the oven until golden brown.
I served them with a garnish of baked potatoes.
The hats are salted with a little salt and left for 30 minutes.
