Mix powdered milk with cocoa and coffee with a wooden spoon and then sift the mixture into another bowl. Add the almonds and mix.

Turn on low heat, stir more often and let it boil for about 1 minute, then incorporate the mixture of dry ingredients, mixing. Remove from the heat, stir vigorously, as it solidifies quickly.

Pour the chocolate into the tray, leveling with a spatula (it is good if you have a silicone spatula, because it will help you arrange more beautifully and does not stick to it composition) and roll with foil, in the form of a stick. Refrigerate.

When it has cooled, it can be portioned.
