We present you a recipe for delicious glue rolls. They are prepared amazingly simple and fast, being only good to be taken at a picnic or served as a snack. It's a recipe that saves you if you found yourself with guests on the doorstep. Get a particularly appetizing, fragrant and juicy snack that will not leave anyone indifferent.

INGREDIENTS

-1 tablespoon sunflower oil

-400 g of mushroom mushrooms

METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Peel and slice the mushrooms. Chop the onion. Fry the onion and mushrooms in a pan with hot oil. Match with salt and ground black pepper. Stir.

2. Arrange the glue on the work surface. Arrange the mushroom filling on the stick. Keep a short distance from the edge. Sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped greens. Bend the edges and roll the glue. Repeat the process with the second glue.

3. Arrange the rolls obtained in a baking dish or on a tray. Grease them with beaten egg and bake them in the preheated oven at 180-200 ° C until golden brown.

    INGREDIENTS

    -500 g fish fillets (pollock or cod)

    -300 g of thin glue (1 large glue)

    -200 g of cream (high in fat)

    -3 tablespoons refined sunflower oil

    METHOD OF PREPARATION

    1. Cut the fish into larger pieces and place them in a bowl. Add 1/3 teaspoon of salt and ground black pepper to the bowl. Stir.

    2. Peel the onion and cut it into quarters (as thin as possible).

    3. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes.

    4. Mix the cream with the mustard, 1/3 teaspoon of salt and ground black pepper. Add the lemon juice and oil. Mix well until you get a homogeneous mass.

    5. Cut the glue into 6 equal parts, with a width of 18-20 cm and a length of 30-35 cm.

    6. Grind the onion a little with your hands until it becomes soft. Place a portion of onion in the middle of a stick.

    7. Place 1-2 pieces of fish on the onion and grease them with the cream sauce.

    8. Place a portion of chopped tomatoes on the fish and fold the stick. Repeat the process with the other glues.

    9. Line a baking tray with paper and grease it with oil. Place the fish sticks in the pan and grease them with the remaining cream sauce.

    10. Bake the fish in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes. Baking time depends on each oven. If desired, you can sprinkle the stick with grated cheese.

    Mexican cuisine it's a great way to discover cooking that you couldn't even imagine possible! It is a kitchen full of divine tastes and aromas. Mexicans are the ones who have taught the rest of the world how to add spices and how to season their food perfectly. Their rich vegetable culture (which includes the famous chili peppers) allowed them to discover new levels of spicy & ndash levels with which the rest of the world has adapted a little harder. & # 128578

    Mexican cuisine also brings with it a lot of fast and affordable food. Taco, quesadilla, burrito & ndash all of these have become super popular in the fast food industry since they were imported into United States.

    Today we will talk a little about vegan taquitos. I will show you a wonderful recipe through which you can prepare them and I hope you can appreciate what versatile snack are!

    Regarding the preparation, the degree of complexity varies depending on your personal preferences and the decision you will make: if you want to make the glue from scratch or buy it ready-made.

    If you have never prepared Mexican food before, it is easier to use ready-made glues (as I did), but if you have the time and desire to experiment, I advise you to try at least once in your life to prepare taco glues from scratch. They are very special and differ from normal glues in that they are hard and crunchy, almost like chips, their English name being that of shell (shell).

    After we solved with the glue, the next step is the filling & ndash but what can we put in vegan taquitos? Well, we better start with what we can't put: meat, cheese and eggs. Some very good vegan ingredients as a base for the filling are red beans, red onions, corn and vegan mozzarella or whatever another type of vegan cheese.

    You can even think of a & ldquoformula & rdquo to simplify things. In general, you need to start with a softer ingredient that will melt when you fry these taquitos continued with chopped vegetables that will cook nicely together finished with spices and spices.

    In this chapter I recommend using chili peppers because, traditionally, taquitos are quite spicy. However, if you don't like spicy food, it's not a must - you can try other spices!

This way, when you are exhausted and you have a super craving for taquitos, you can simply take them out and soak them in your favorite sauce!

    Ah, I almost forgot & ndash and this is probably the most important part & ndash sauce! A lot of sauces go well with taquitos, but you should think about the compatibility between them and the filling you used.

    I like to use a Chipotle sauce, but you can choose what you like, of course & ndash maybe you want to use a creamy sauce based on vegan sour cream to prepare one from scratch, why not?

    Taquitos are an excellent snack and for parties. If you want to make them a little more special, prepare several portions, fry them and put a lot of vegan cheese on top before leaving them to cool. That way, you will no longer need to prepare a sauce & ndash are already covered by one! And I guarantee that guests will love them! & # 128578

    Even meat lovers will agree that they taste very similar to the traditional recipe. Now that I think about it, they are very suitable for a family picnic!

    400 gr flour
    a teaspoon of salt
    a teaspoon of sugar
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    200 ml of hot water
    an envelope of dry yeast (if a ball is about the size of a ball)
    an egg yolk
    4 tablespoons milk

    Step 1:
    Put sugar, salt and yeast in warm water. Stir and add flour in the rain. Now you have to add the oil and mix until it becomes a homogeneous and non-sticky crust.

    Step 2:
    The dough is placed in a bowl that is covered and left at room temperature for one hour. After an hour, the dough almost doubles in quantity.

    Step 3:
    Now break the pieces of dough and spread them with a rolling pin. The sheets should be as thin as possible. Egg yolk is mixed with milk. Grease the glues with this composition and put them in the oven (they must be well heated).


    How to prepare the fastest appetizers

    In a few minutes we can prepare an entire plate with appetizers, we just have to have at hand the ingredients described above.
    The mozzarella sheet is swabbed with a paper towel to remove all the liquid from it and is divided into two equal pieces.

    Spread a thin layer of pesto sauce on each sheet of glue.
    Place the mozzarella over a sheet of glue smeared with pesto, place the slices of dried raw muscle on top of it and roll as tight as possible.
    Portion with a well-sharpened knife into suitable small pieces.

    Each piece is dipped in a spice for appetizers, put next to it another slice of moss, a basil leaf and a cherry tomato.
    That's about all the operations to prepare these small appetizers with fresh mozzarella rollo.
    Glue and mozzarella rolls can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator, rolled in cling film.
    At the time of serving, they only need to be portioned and mounted on skewers as described above !!
